Wat je gaat doen As an opcoming operator IFF, you’ll play a key part in creating high-quality flavor ingredients used in products enjoyed worldwide. Every day, you’ll contribute to a smooth production process where precision, safety, and quality go hand in hand.
Your responsibilities include:- Collecting and weighing raw materials based on recipes
- Adding ingredients to machines and monitoring the process
- Mixing raw materials into flavor blends
- Packaging finished products in bags (up to 23 kg)
- Preparing batches for shipment
- Keeping your workspace safe and clean
Working hours 3 shifts- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
Wat we je bieden - Base salary €17.91 per hour (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift allowance on all hours worked
- 13th month bonus, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Strong chance of a direct contract with IFF
- Opportunities to grow into an operator role
- Travel allowance (€0.21 per km from 10 km one way)
Functie-eisen - Full-time availability for 3-shift work
- At least 2 years of experience in production or logistics
- Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
- Physically fit to handle bags up to 20 kg
- Accurate, reliable, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working with strong-smelling ingredients daily
