As a member of the management team, you lead our talented software development and testing team and further scale the team by growing team members.
You will translate customer requirements into product requirements and subsequent software engineering disciplines. Think of architecture, design, implementation and testing. You will also provide support for technical questions and discussions with our sales organization and our partners, customers and prospects.
You are an R&D manager with strong oral and written communication skills also in English you should be as good as fluent (this is mainly because all customers/systems are in English). You are proactive, enterprising and independent. It goes without saying that you have permission to work in the Netherlands.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
– Have completed a HBO education in telecommunications, computer science, engineering or related study;
– Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
– Fluent in English, excellent written and oral communication skills;
– Capacity to lead in an international environment with multifunctional teams;
– You live in the Netherlands.
– Knowledge of C/C++ is a strong plus
