A new Agile SCRUM team is being formed and this is the ideal opportunity for a developer who wants to work out his vision, his way of working, in the best way possible. As a developer, you work closely with your fellow developers, the architect of the team, your testing colleagues and of course the SCRUMmaster and product owner. Together you are responsible for the expansion and optimization of the online platform.
As a developer you will be working with Ruby on Rails. The online platform handles more than 14,000 orders on a daily basis, so accuracy is key!
Best thing about this vacancy is the fact that experience with Ruby on Rails is not required! The company is open to all developers whom have at least 3 years of experience in the field, whether it's been in PHP, JAVA, C# or even a different language. As long as you are willing to work with Ruby on Rails and technical aspects as 'composer', 'Docker' and 'modular' are not new to you.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a strong IT component
- You have at least 3 years of experience as developer
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus, not required
- Experience with working in an Agile SCRUM team is a plus, not required
- You are tech minded
- You are dynamic, energetic, willing to learn and very social
- Great mastering of the English language is required
- You have a valid work permit
For this international organisation in Amsterdam, I am currently looking for multiple Ruby on Rails webdevelopers. The company has developed their own platform which focuses on the reselling of digital credits. Within the Netherlands, the company is market leader and they are currently forming an international SCRUM team in a new office in Amsterdam to meet their international ambitions. This year, they are planning to roll out their platform in 10 new countries.
