You should have a big passion for app development because all of your co-workers have that passion. With a team or indepent you start creating the coolest and best quality apps for your clients. You will get lots of freedom in your work but also have to feel a certain responsibility for your project because a deadline is a deadline. Because of the high level of development you are constantly stimulated to learn from your co-workers and and have the opportunity to follow courses to grow as an mobile developer.

- At least a college degree.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with iOS and Android.
- Passion for app development.
- Knowledge of Java/Objective C
