At their office in the centre in of Amsterdam you will be working with 3 other developers. You will also work with colleagues from the other offices in Scandinavia and America. Each week you have 2 standup meetings with those colleagues to discuss curent projects and share information. The first 2 weeks of your new job you will start with a training on location in London. After that they will provide you EPiserver masterclass where you can get your EPiserver certificate in just one months time. As a developer you get a lot of freedom, independence and responsibility. You can also work from home if you wish so long as you can keep in touch with your colleagues. As a developer you are very technical and definitely with the qualities of the developers within this organization, you are facing a real challenge, technology is first and foremost. The developers in this organization have already won many awards within the EpiServer community! Code writing will take up about 65% of your business day, 20% will be spent on sharing (sharing is caring) and the remaining 15% of other things like meetings and training. You will therefore work on modern web development, and certainly with EPiServer, a project is never the same. Often, you need to integrate the projets with at least 3-4 different systems and adapt them to the differenent cloud environments of the customer. Fortunately, there are many different plug-ins in EPiServer, which makes you very flexible, of course combined with the various updates from GitHub, Octopusdeploy and Azure.
- Minimum of 2 years with .Net development ( ASP.Net/C#).
- Experience with CMS systems.
- Good verbale skills in English.
- Frontend skills are a plus( JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
