You’ll lead the international R&D department which consists of 20+ enthusiastic IT-professionals in their respective fields of software development, user experience and design to deliver the right features keeping the company abreast of all industry matter. Your responsibilities
Research and Innovation
• Market research;
• New product research;
• Functional and technical design of killer features and products;
• Benchmarking and POCs.
Software Development
• Full software development lifecycle;
• Scrum/agile development methodology;
• XP programming;
• Release planning/versioning;
• Follow and optimize policies and procedures to meet quality standards;
• Software modification and RFQs.
Software Maintenance
• Defects/bugs management;
• Scalability and network management.
Operations
• Oversee uptime and SLA monitoring;
• System security and access regulations which protects confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers;
• Maintain compliance with international laws and regulations.
The basics:
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• 7+ years of experience in software and web development;
• 3+ years management experience;
• Proven industry track record.
