Senior Sales Executive (Metals) | Den Bosch | Ervaring in IT en automatisering = +
In the position of Sr Sales Executive you will sell sophisticated planning and optimization software to midsized and large companies in the metals market.
Your focus will be to work with prospects, designing the business case for improved planning results by using the company’s software. You will work with prospects on various levels, from domain experts up to board level. You will be responsible for all aspects of the complex sales cycle, mobilizing the right colleagues at the right moment, while keeping a clear focus on results, being able to prioritize and maintaining a high level of business ethics.
You will work as part of an enthusiastic team of experts, and will report directly to the Business Unit Director as well as the Team Leader.
This role is based in the company's Headquarters at s-Hertogenbosch, but you will be expected to work with colleagues around the world. Some domestic and international travel to and from customer sites and the company’s foreign offices is required.
* Create and manage complex sales cycles, including lead-generation and lead qualification;
* Maximize existing client business relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
* Keep all parties at all levels involved in and committed to your sales cycles.
* Qualify and close enterprise deals.
Job Requirements ;
* Good tertiary education in relevant field;
* Excellent presentation, lead qualification and client relationship skills;
* Experience in complex sales cycles, e.g. selling large scale ERP/SCM solutions to multinationals;
* Ability to understand customer needs, aligning these to The company’s business case;
* Successful background in business development in large organizations.
